FREE Delivery on orders over £75
We’re not the high street, we’re a small business run by two best friends. We are advocates of slow fashion so we purposely don’t mass produce our designs. When you choose your clothing, the colours and statements are personal to you, and we print your clothing and canvas/tote bags only when you’ve ordered them. Please allow 5 working days for delivery and slightly longer during busy periods. After all, making something that makes you feel good can’t be rushed. If things are quieter, we’ll do our best to get it to you quicker.
Why isn't Delivery always free?
As much as we'd love to offer everyone free delivery on every order, the cost is too high. Delivery is never "free" - wherever you are offered this by a brand, the product cost has usually been increased. We would rather have transparent pricing for our customers. We do however offer Free Delivery on orders over £75.
RETURNS
We have a 14 day returns policy - refunds and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt of items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns postage must be paid for by sender. We recommend using a recorded postal service as we cannot take responsibility for lost parcels. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Please check your order straight away and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Personalised products - items with extra personalisation cannot be refunded.
Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
